Custom solutions for any project
Have an idea that no existing software handles? That is exactly our job. From a small tool for a single task to a complete platform, we design and build the solution that fits your project.
We start from what you want to achieve, not from a ready-made feature list. You describe the problem in your own words, and we come back with a clear solution and a quote before writing a single line of code.
- A quoting or pricing tool specific to your trade
- A booking or order-taking system
- A dashboard that brings your numbers together in one place
- A bridge between two programs that do not talk to each other
- A platform for your customers, members or partners
Internal tools, client portals, web apps
An internal tool serves your team: a dashboard that shows today’s orders, a form that replaces a shared Excel file, a system that tracks repairs in the shop. It does not need to be pretty. It needs to be right.
A client portal serves your customers: they check their invoices, follow the progress of their job, upload documents, book appointments. It cuts down the calls and emails asking where things stand.
A web app serves both at once, in a browser on a computer, tablet or phone, with nothing to install. Everything we build works in French and in English.
Built around how you work
Generic software imposes its own logic. You have to bend your way of doing things to its screens, its fields and its steps. A custom app does the opposite: it reproduces your process as it exists, then improves it where it gets stuck.
We start by watching you work. Who does what, in which order, with which paperwork. We know what a real process looks like, exceptions included.
The result is a tool your team adopts because it looks like what they already do, only simpler.
Connected to your existing tools
An isolated app creates double entry. Ours plugs into what you use: Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, QuickBooks for bookkeeping, Square or Shopify for sales, your CRM or booking system, text messaging to reach your customers.
Data flows both ways. An invoice created in the app can appear in QuickBooks. An appointment booked in the portal can land in Google Calendar. We do not ask you to give up what works.
Hosting, security and maintenance
We handle the hosting. Your app runs on cloud infrastructure that we manage, with monitoring and updates. You have no server to look after.
When customer data is involved, we take Québec’s Law 25 into account from the design stage: what consent is requested, where the data is stored, who can access it.
After launch, the same team handles maintenance: fixing errors, applying updates, adding features as you grow. The details are set out in the quote.
When a custom app beats a subscription
A subscription to existing software is often the right choice. If a known tool does what you need, we will tell you. A custom app becomes worthwhile in a few specific situations.
If you recognize yourself in one of these, the discovery call is where we check whether an app is the right answer, or whether a simpler adjustment is enough.
- You pay for several subscriptions to cover a single process
- Your team fills the software’s gaps with Excel files and notes
- Your customers call you for information a portal would give them
- How you work is what sets you apart, and generic software flattens it
- Your tools do not talk to each other and someone retypes data from one to the next
How we go from idea to launch
We move in stages, with versions you can try along the way. You watch the app take shape and correct course before anything is set in stone.
- Discovery call to understand the process to equip
- Custom plan with a clear quote
- Build and connection to your current tools
- Testing with you and your team before launch
- Maintenance and improvements after go-live
