A website that actually does something
Many small business websites look like a brochure. They are nice to look at, but nobody knows what to do once they arrive. The visitor looks for your hours or a booking button, cannot find it and goes back to Google.
We start from what your customers come looking for. An opening, an address, an answer, an easy way to reach you. Every page is built around one clear action, and everything else steps back.
- A home page that says in one sentence what you do
- Service pages that answer the real questions
- A short contact form that lands in the right inbox
- A booking button connected to the system you already use
- A mobile version as polished as the desktop one
Fast and bilingual from the first version
A slow site loses visitors before they read the first line, especially on a phone. We keep pages light, images optimized and code clean. Speed is not a touch-up we add at the end.
Everything we build is bilingual, in French and English. Not a machine translation pasted on top, but two versions written to be read. Each language has its own addresses, which helps Google show the right version to the right person.
How our website design process works
We follow the same path for every project, scaled to the size of your site and what it needs to do.
- A discovery call to understand your business, your customers and the job of the site
- A detailed plan listing the pages, the links to your tools and a clear quote
- The build itself, which you watch take shape and test with us before launch
- The launch, followed by maintenance and improvements
Inquiries and bookings, not just visits
The contact form and the booking button are the two most important doors on your site. We connect them to what you already use: Gmail or Outlook for inquiries, your booking system or Google Calendar for appointments.
A new inquiry can also land in your CRM on its own, with a follow-up assigned to the right person. And to go further, an AI agent can answer visitor questions by chat, even outside your business hours, then guide them toward a booking.
Hosting, search visibility and life after launch
We put the site online and take care of hosting, or we work with the host you already have. Hosting details are set out in the quote.
The site is built to be read well by Google from day one: clear titles, well structured pages, local business data and a link to your Google Business Profile. That is the foundation our SEO service can then build on.
After launch, we stay. We apply updates, fix what breaks and add a page when you launch a new service. You do not have to go looking for someone else to handle it.
