Launch or redesign your Shopify store
You are starting from scratch, or you already have a store that does not sell the way it should. Either way, we start by understanding what you sell, to whom, and how your customers buy in your shop today.
Then we pick a suitable theme, organize the collections and set up taxes, shipping and in-store pickup. No default setting is left in place until we have checked it with you.
Product listings that answer before anyone asks
A product listing is your salesperson online. It has to show the item, give the measurements, materials and variants, and say clearly whether it is in stock.
We structure your listings so they are easy to read and well understood by Google. We start from your product photos, supplied by you or already online, and make sure they are properly named and quick to load.
- Titles and descriptions written in both languages
- Size, colour or model variants grouped properly
- Collections laid out like the aisles of your shop
- Shipping and return information that is easy to find
Inventory and point of sale in sync
The real headache is inventory. An item sold in the shop has to disappear from the online store, and the other way around. Otherwise you sell something you no longer have, and you are the one calling the customer to apologize.
We connect your store to your point of sale, whether that is Shopify POS or Square, so quantities stay accurate on both sides. Sales can also flow into QuickBooks for your bookkeeping. What can be synced depends on your tools and is listed in the quote.
A truly bilingual store
In Québec, customers expect to shop in French, and many also appreciate English. We build both versions with care: listings, collections, policy pages and order confirmation emails.
The two versions are indexed separately, so a customer searching in English lands on the English page. They choose their language once and keep it all the way through checkout. Messages about prices, taxes and shipping follow the same language too.
Ongoing management you do not have to think about
A store is never finished. New arrivals come in, sales start, a product is discontinued, an app stops working after an update.
We can take on that day-to-day work: adding products, updating prices and collections, checking the syncs, fixing errors. You send us the information, we handle the rest.
To bring in visitors, the store also ties into our SEO and ad campaign management services. Everything stays with one team.
